Lossless Life Returns

Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original unopened packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘new’ condition, both unused and unworn.

Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, dust, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

When returning items to Lossless Life, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

All gift cards are non-refundable.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Craigslist, eBay and online forums are excellent resources if you have a used item you do not want that can no longer be returned to Lossless Life.

Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, or components may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 20% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.


If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If you use your LosslessClub Cash that you have earned on an item, and then need to return the original item, the LossleesClub Cash which was earned from the original will be subtracted from your refund.

If your exchange order qualifies for our free ground shipping offer, it will be applied.

You are still responsible for return shipping on your original order back to us.

Electronics, Hard Parts, Etc

Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable. We ask that you use our (Test Drive)[//] service to demo products.

Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.

Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

Faulty Goods

Lossless Life is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products and service, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been used may result in your product being returned to sender.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Lossless Life will assist customers with their warranty; however Lossless Life does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Warranty Returns

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or (contact us)[/service/customer-service/] for assistance.

Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Damaged Goods

lease let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

How To Make a Return

To make a return login and visit your account page, click on order history and select the appropriate order, click returns and complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning. Once complete, print a copy of the return slip to enclose in your returns package. You will be provided an RMA number and we ask that you please write it on the box. Products returned without an RMA number will be sent back to sender. If there is anything else you feel Lossless Life should know please write legibly on the form.

Please note that we do not refund postage. Please retain your return tracking information. Lossless Life is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Lossless Life when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.

Refunds will be made directly to the card used to make the original purchase.
